Passed M.Phil from Distance in the year 2009 but still not received my certificate. How to get it?
I am Pattekar Mahendra, I completed my M.Phil (Sociology) from the Global Open University Nagaland in the year of 2009 June, I got my marks sheet by E-mail, but till now I have not received my certificate. I mailed them asking for it 5 months back but did not received any reply. So what can I do now? How to get my certificate? My ROLL NUMBER ; M.PHIL./2837/SOC/2008J.
