CPT- COMMON PROFECIENCY TEST is a foundation course of CA, in which there are 4 subjects namely
QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE
MERCANTILE LAW
ECONOMICS
ACCOUNTING
SO, considering all these subjects you will have an exam for 200 marks out of which you have to score 100 to be eligible for IPCC.

CPT exams would be held on 16th June 2013

In the CPT exams questions are asked from the below sections:
Fundamentals of accounting
Mercantile LAWS
General economics
Quantitative Aptitude

All the questions are asked in objective mode only

Candidates scoring minimum 30% marks in each subject and overall aggregate of 50% marks are declared as pass

There are negative markings of .25 for each incorrect answer.
