MRF : A tyre company basically

MRF conducts placements in many colleges they will generally conduct Interviews for Mechanical and Electrical department students.

The whole interview will be done in two phases.
On the first day written tests are conducted and on the second day Interviews are conducted.

They may be sometimes conduct GD : Group Discussion to filter out the students.

In technical round pure technical questions are asked and all the basic technical syllabus should be by hearted for success in this case. for example the questions may be in this way.

->Difference between triac and Thyristor,
->they may tell you to draw simple machines.
->they may ask you to draw simple symbols.

after this technical round HR Round is conducted in this HR two people will interview the student like you.

They will just check your willingness to work in their plants.
