Hello Sir, I want to change my current college. I am doing BTech and studying in 3rd semester. I don't want to change my university. So, is it possible for me to change my college? Please let me know about this immediately.

No it is not possible to change college for BTech 3rd semester student.

You cannot change the college after 2nd semester.

There is no any such provisions of AICTE to change college after 2nd semester.

1. College change in Bachelor of Technology course is allowed only after completion of first year of engineering.

2. Since, you are studying in third semester of engineering, you will not be allowed to change your college under same university.

3. You should focus on studies now.

B.Tech is Bachelor in Technology. It is four year course.

Candidates are not eligible to change the college after the 2nd year of the course, but are eligible to change the college within the university.

So, you are not eligible to change the college if you are pursuing in the 3rd semester.

There is no such possibility.

Students are allowed to change their stream or college within same university only after completion of first year of engineering.

There is facility to change the college using migration application form. Candidate must have to fulfill some eligibility criteria to apply for migration from one college to another college within the same university.
Candidate must not have any pending backlog in 1st and 2nd semester for applying the migration.
The institute in which candidate is seeking to migrate must have vacant seat.
Candidate may have to pay some additional fee to parent college for getting migrated.

It is possible to change college only after first year of engineering.

Those who are studying in third semester of engineering can not change college as per university rules.
