Sir, I have completed my 10th Board exams and now instead of doing 11th and 12th in two years is it possible to directly take admission in class 12th in Arts stream as an external candidate and appear for 12th Board exams? Is it possible from any Education Board?

No, it is not possible to take direct admission in the 12th standard according to the rules you will first have to study 11th standard and then if any circumstances arises such as you do not meet the level to pass the exam only then you can apply as a private candidate
if you want to apply as a 12th candidate from arts stream then you can applied with the NIOS board
