after passing 10th exam from NIOS Board?

No its not possible to get admission in 12th class directly in any board except NIOS board whether it is ICSE /CBSE or any state board you must passed in 11th class to get admission in 12th class without passing 11 class its not possible to get admitted in 12th class,

So now you have two options first one is take admission in 11th class or you can go for NIOS board again to complete your senior secondary school Only NIOS board can provides you admission in 12th class directly on the basis of 10th class results

Yes, you can get admission being a NIOS candidate. A candidate who wish to get an admission in class 11 ISC must have passed class 10 from a recognized board of education. Candidate must appear at least 5 written subjects including English as a compulsory subject and must clear all subjects at one sitting.

No, it is not possible to get admission in 12th standard after completing class 10th. To get admission in 12th standard you need to complete 11th standard first. If you want to study class 12th in the ISC Board, first you need to take admission in class 11th in the same board or any other board.
