Possibility to get admission in LLB having backlogs in MA?
I appeared in 2019, MA final exam along with previous year's two back paper but again I didn't clear this two backlogs but I cleared my final year all subjects. So, can I get admission in LLB in same university and appear for my 1st year final exams? Or, would I have to clear the backlogs first?

Re: Possibility to get admission in LLB having backlogs in MA?
LLB is three year undergraduate course. The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed Bachelor degree from a recognised university.
There is no age limit to get admission in the course. So, if you have not passed the master degree course, you can take admission on the basis of bachelor degree qualification. Candidates must have to clear all the backlogs before become eligible to get admission on the basis of the qualification. |

Re: Possibility to get admission in LLB having backlogs in MA?
LLB stands for Bachelor of Legislative Law and the minimum education required to pursue the same degree course is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
So, as far as you are concerned about your eligibility to pursue LLB degree course on having backlogs in your Master's degree course, then I would like to let you know that your eligibility to pursue LLB degree course only depends upon your bachelor's degree course which you must have passed as you are pursuing a Master's degree course. Therefore, you are eligible to pursue LLB degree course even having backlogs in your master degree. |
