Possibility to secure PG Diploma admission in Canada for BE graduate who had 23 backlogs and a year drop?

Hi everyone, I had 23 backlogs with a year drop during my BE course. Now, I am BE graduate. I want to do PG Diploma course in Canada. So, is it possible for me to secure admission? Kindly let me know about the possibility as soon as possible.
