Hello Sir/Madam, I have completed my BTech from AMIE. I am looking for jobs now. I am interested to get Government job. So, in this situation I can apply for Government jobs or not? Please reply to me immediately.

AMIE qualified students are certainly eligible for all these government jobs for which regular BTech holders are eligible. There is no confusion in this regard.

All major PSUs require either regular B tech degree or AMIE qualification. The same goes in government organisation examinations like Engineering Services Examination, Combined Defence Service Examination etc.
