Possibility to join Merchant Navy for Commerce candidate on 12th basis?
Respected Sir, I am studying in 12th standard with Commerce stream. I want to join Merchant Navy after completing my 12th. Is it possible for me to join Merchant Navy after my 12th? Kindly tell me about this asap.

Yes, you can join Merchant Navy being a commerce student. Below are the job profiles for which you can try:
1) Petty Officer: For this your age should be between 17-22 years. 2) Indian Navy- Sailor: Age limit is 17-20 years 3) Senior Secondary recruit: Age limit is 17-21 years. In all three cases you should be unmarried and a citizen of India. |
