Possibility of studying M.Phil in Accounts and Finance and Chartered Accountancy course together?

I am in my Final Group of Chartered Accountancy course. And, I am thinking to do M.Phil in Accounts and Finance as well. So, will I be able to carry both the together? What is the course structure of M.Phil Accounts and Finance?
