Can I change the university from Shekhawati University to Delhi University after the first year without losing the year? Is it possible under any circumstances? If not, Delhi University then any other university in Delhi or nearby cities?

No, it is not possible to take transfer from Shekhawati University to Delhi University. You can’t change from one university to another university while pursuing the course. You need to complete the entire course from the same university. Incase, if you are not interested to pursue remaining part of the course from Shekhawati university, then you can discontinue the course and you can take fresh admission in first year of course in Delhi University.

Candidates are not eligible to change the university. So, you are not eligible to change the university after the first year.

So, you are not eligible to change the university, But candidates can change their college after the first year.
