Is it possible to appear for failed papers of intermediate after 14 years?

My sister failed the Plus two (intermediate) board exam in 2004. Can she rewrite for failed subject in next year 2019? If not possible, then how can she do new plus two course? Please help me.

No, she can not write the failed paper examination after 14 years. There is no upper age limit for pursuing intermediate course. She can register for board examination again and appear for it.

Central Board of Secondary Education is the best board. She can register for board exam and select subjects as per her interest.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
