If I choose in Science with IP 11th standard, NCERT is it possible to do BE Computer science ot BE Information Technology

Yes, you are eligible to pursue B.E course from a recognised university. The common eligibility to pursue the course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board with PCM from a recognised board.

Eligibility to pursue B.E course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board with PCM as main paper from a recognised board.
So, you are eligible to pursue the course after std 12th in B.E course. |

Eligibility to pursue B.E Computer Science or B.E IT is that candidate must have passed std 12th from a recognised board in PCM as main paper.
So, candidates passed std 12th in science stream are eligible to get admission in the course.
