Is it possible to clear backlogs if quit BSc(BZC) around 9 years ago?

Hello Sir/Madam, I got admission in BSc(BZC) around 12 years ago. I had 3 backlogs and quit my studies around 9 years ago. I want to clear my backlogs. So, with a gap of 9 years, it is possible to clear backlogs?

The maximum duration to complete a bachelor degree course is five or six years.

You have made 9 years gap. So, you are not eligible to get admission in the course and clear the backlogs.

You are not eligible to clear backlogs.

The maximum duration to complete the bachelor degree is six years.

So, you are not eligible now as it is 12 years now, but you can start the course from the beginning.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
