This is Syed, I studied in Karnataka State Board 1st PUC in Science stream (PCME) and passed it with First Class but in 2nd PUC continued same stream but I failed to pass and got backlog of 4 subject. Then applied for Supplementary for 3 times and clear 1 subject still pending with 2 subjects backlog. So, now I taught to change the stream to Commerce with other college. When I spoke to other college they told they will directly give me admission to 2nd PUC Commerce stream CEBA. I want tot ask, is this possible now with Karnataka State Board? Or, they are defrauding me?

No, that would be impossible for getting directly admitted to 2nd year completely different stream. If they are ready to admit you to 2nd puc then you clarify with them twice. And the thing is you should learn both 1st and 2nd year of the stream you choose in Karnataka.
