I am doing Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering after completing my SSLC. But I want to write 2nd PUC exam directly (Arts). How can I apply for the examination? Please, guide me.

No, you are not eligible to get admission in the 2nd year PUC directly after diploma course.

So, you have to take admission in 1st year PUC and then after become eligible to get admission in 2nd year PUC.
