My father is in CRPF and will be retiring very soon. So, is it possible that I can join CRPF as his replacement before his retirement? Can I join directly or there would be any entrance or any other kind of entry criteria?

No, there is no possibility of superannuation in defence and para military jobs.

So, the only option to replace him is to appear and qualify in the various stages of the examination conducted for recruitment in the CRPF.

The required educational qualification to appear for examination varies with different posts.
