I have completed my 1st year from Renaissance College, Chandrapur (Nagpur University) and now I want to change it to Pune University College due to some problem. So, I want to know whether is it possible or not?

No, it is not possible to take transfer from Nagpur University to Pune University. You can’t transfer from one university to another university in the middle of the course. None of the colleges/ universities offers you admission in the middle of the course. If you are not interested to pursue higher studies from your present university, then you can discontinue from the course and you can take fresh admission in another university where you wish to pursue your higher studies.
