sandipk has already uploaded some papers you should refer them, but they are Sample papers i think.

There are papers for computer science they are equivalent to I.T papers.

I don't find any papers for Information Technology
Better you refer this book.

Gate 2011 Topic wise solved papers and practice papers having solution with complete Information .

GATE authority combine both IT-CSE paper in to one paper called Cs

Past Papers of GATE IT

GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is conducted for admissions in M.Tech course in various top colleges of India like IITs,NITs,BITS,IISc and many more..

I have attached a few past papers of GATE IT along with this post..

Just go through them and observe the level and the pattern of the exam..
