All NET question papers are available on official website og UGC-NET.

The website is: http://www.ugc.ac.in/inside/oldqpyr.php?sub=01

Only questions upto December 2008 is available on the NET website.

You should also do practice by sample papers because that will tell you your

current status of preparation.
