I am sorry they are not available as pdf as far as I could search. But Arihant Publications' books on JIPMER, AIIMS, AFMC, AIPMT, BHU etc. are good as their answers are almost 100% correct, and they provide mock tests too.

You can obtain previous question paper of aiims, afmc, jipmer from the publishers of mtg and arihant
the mtg books are listed below AFMC EXPLORER JIPMER EXPLORER AIIMS EXPLORER These books cost about 200 RS each and available in all leading book stalls bye
