1. Almost Entire Technical Part of IES examination in respective branch having variable weightage to each subject both in quality & quantity-wise.
2. General Aptitude

To apply for the BSNL JTO Exam you need to have a B.Tech degree in any one of the following branches:

Computer science
civil engineering
electrical
telecommunication
radio

Final year students can also apply.

Minimum age during the time of application should be 21. The upper age limit is 30.

There is age relaxation for the SC/ST and OBC candidates. It is upto 5 years for the SC/ST candidates and upto three years for the OBC candidates.

Age limit : must in between 21 to 30(date of application).

Last date of Receipt : 06.04.2009 ( in 2009)

Date of Examination : 21.06.2009

So from the above information it is clear that this examination is held in April is the last date of receipt and June is the date of examination.
