Minimum qualification for this examination is completed master degree from a recognized University and must secure at least 55% aggregate marks . Age should not more than 28 years for JRF and No upper age limits for Lectureship examination . I am uploaded some previous year question papers of NET Computer science and i hope it is very useful for your exam point of you . |

National eligibility test is conducted every year by Union Grant commission for lectureship and for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). It consists of objective type Papers only. The exam consists of 2 session first session - It consists of 2 papers The Paper 1 will consist of 60 questions out of which 50 will have to attempted and this paper will be of 100 marks. The duration of paper 1 is 1¼ Hours. The Paper 2 will consist of 50 questions out of which all will have to attempted and this paper will be of 100 marks. The duration of paper 1 is 1¼ Hours. Session second- It will consist of Paper 3 only. Paper 3 will consist of 75 questions all questions have to be attempted. The paper will be of 150 marks and the duration will be 2.5 hours. There will be no negative Marking. Paper 2 and 3 will be of computer science in your case. If you are a general candidate then you will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in paper 1 and 2 and 75 marks (i.e. 50%) in paper 3 to qualify the national eligibility test. I am attaching the old papers of computer science along with the syllabus. More papers can be downloaded from their official website. |
