Sbi clerk post is very nice post. You can join it after 12th standard from a recognized university. Age limit is 18 to 25 years. You must be indian citizen. I have attached previous question paper of sbi clerk exam. It will be thankful for you Thank you..... |

SBI Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria: ## State Bank of India is one of the most oldest bank in India and it is the largest public sector bank too. Its branches are widespread both in India and abroad. Therefore the craze to sit for its exams whenever they publishes a notification is also sky-high. To sit for its exam you need to satisfy certain eligibility criteria. Some of them have been listed below: ## If you wish to sit for this exam then you need to be a higher secondary passed out candidate with not less than 60% of marks in aggregate at 10+2 level. (OR) ## You can also apply if you have a diploma degree. It needs to be a regular one whose duration is not less than two years and should be done from a recognized university. You need to get 60% of marks here as well. (OR) ## After getting a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university also you can apply. In that case you just need to get the pass marks at graduation level since the minimum percentage of marks to obtain has not been mentioned. ## Your age should not be less than 18 years when applying for this exam. The upper age limit for general category candidates is 30 years. ## There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates. SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years. OBC Candidates: 3 Years. PWD Candidates: 10 Years. ## Selection Procedure basically includes the following steps or hurdles: 1) Written Examination 2) Personal Interview You have to get minimum 40% of marks in the written exam to qualify for the next round of selection. It is 35% in case of reserved category candidates. Depending on the vacancies available you will get a call from the selectors. ## Questions for the exam are usually objective types and all of the questions are of XIIth standard. There will be five papers of 40 marks each and it is important to pass in every paper. You will get one marks each for every right answer and for every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted from the original score. Scheme Of Examination: ## Usually to fill up one seat they generally calls for three people maximum. The final selection takes place by taking into consideration the marks of both the written exam and interview session. So each stage is very important and your aim should be to give your best shot in all the stages possible.
