Information regarding the Combined Defence Service Examination :-

This examination is conducted twice in a year by UPSC . CDS I Examination was already completed and CDS II Exam will be held on 16/09/12 .

If you are applied for this examination then download the Hall ticket from the official website of UPSC using the Date of Birth , Roll No and given image .

This examination is conducted for recruitment of Military , Naval , Air force and Officer Training Academy(SSC-Men) , Officer Training Academy(SSC-women).

The graduate degree with any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification . Even Engineering degree may also eligible to apply .

you must be passed graduation from a recognized university.
age limit is 19-30 yerars. you must be physically as well as mentally fit.

Previous Year Question Papers of CDS

The Combined Defense Services Exam (CDSE) is conducted in the months of February and September by UPSC..

A candidate is eligible for appearing for CDSE only if :-

>> The candidate has completed his graduation in any science stream from a recognized institution..

>> The candidate must satisfy the age limit of his/her desired academy :-

Navy Wing :- 19-22 years
Indian Military Academy :- 19-23 years
Indian Air Force :- 19-24 years
Officer's Training Academy :- 19-25 years

The exam will consist of 3 sections carrying 100 marks each on :-

>> General Knowledge
>> English
>> Elementary Maths
