The Electrical Machines- I paper is a paper of 70 marks. The question paper comprises of a total of 11 questions. Section A of the paper contains only one question which is further divided into 15 parts of which only 10 are to be attempted. Each question of this section carries a maximum of 1 mark. The section B of the paper is short answer type question. There are total 5 questions in this section of which only three are to be solved correctly. The total marks for this section is 15. The last section of the paper is long answer type question. In this section too, there are 5 questions. Of these 5 questions only three are to be solved correctly. Each question of this section carries a maximum of 15 marks.
