Electronic Instrumentation and Measurement is a compulsory paper in the course and students get to learn the basic knowledge of instruments and principles related to it. Students will further have very good career opportunities after completion of the course.

Qualification for appearing in this exam:

Candidates must have a passing certificate of Senior Secondary or equivalent from a recognised institution or board. Students who are from Science background only are eligible for the examination. Students who are waiting for their results can also apply if they will get their passing certificate before the admission procedure.

Scoring and Negative Marking:

Each question consists of marks which are given on content of answers. There is no provision of negative marking in it.

Mode of Exam:

Paper of Electronic Instrumentation and Measurement is a descriptive type answering paper. The paper consists of questions which have marks on the content of answers.

Format:

Answers are needed to be answered in the answers sheet provided and students should also mention question no. before answering each question.

Paper Pattern:

Paper of Electronic Instrumentation and Measurement contains 11 questions in it and these questions asked are kept in 3 sections. Group A consist 1 question which is necessary to be attempted. Group B and Group C is of 5-5 questions each and from each section 3 questions are to be solved. Each question in each group is of equal marks. These questions are to be solved in the answer sheet provided.

Marking:

Section A is of 16 marks and rest 2 groups consists of questions which are of 14 marks each.

Schedule:

Paper is required to be solved in 3 hours only.
