The candidates intend to apply for Common Written Examination should fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS.Common written exam for 20 Public Sector banks .specialist officers in various fields like IT, Technical, Agriculture, Legal, Marketing, HR, etc. and also in Rashtrabhasha.

Graduate from a recognized university and Post Graduate degree or diploma recognized by AICTE in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HRD/Social Work /
Labour Law OR Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Management with specialization in HRD from a recognized University are applicable for IBPS HR officer exam .

Age limit :-

Min- 20 years
Max- 35 years

Application Fee :-

Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Rs. 400 /- for all others

IBPS Specialist (HR) Officer Eligibility :

Candidates must be Indian

Candidates must be complete Degree / PG /Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRD / Social work / Labour Law / Business Administration from a recognized university

Candidates age limit between 20 to 30 years

The upper age relaxation as per govt rules

3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates
