My daughter completed SSLC in April, 2018 and she got marks card in that marks card my name is printed as Antony Prabhuraj but according to my documents my name is Anthony Prabhu Raj. I got court degree also. How to apply to change my name spelling?

You need to follow given below procedure to get correct marksheet with correct name of mother.

1. Write an application with subject of name correction in mother's name in marksheet of SSLC addressed to board.

2. You can visit school which can send it to board for correction along with your essential documents.

3. After 30-45 days of application, you can expect name corrected marksheet.
