Promotional exams to appear for 37 years old CISF lady constable with 16 years of service?


Respected Sir, I am 37 years old female, working as a Constable from last 16 years in CISF. I belongs to OBC category and done MA in Sociology. Now, I want to get promotion. I want to apply for promotional exams. Kindly let me know what are the promotional exams I can appear?
