I have completed my 2nd PUC (Intermediate - 12th) from NIOS Board. Is my Intermediate certificate from NIOS valid and acceptable for jobs in private sector companies?

NIOS refers to the National Institute of Open Schooling and it is one of three National board of education in India, therefore any degree or certificate courses completed from NIOS valid for higher education and any jobs except in the case of a few jobs where regular higher secondary school degree is mandatory.

So, having completed your PUC i.e; intermediate in Class 12th from NIOS, you should be eligible for most of the private jobs.
