Punishment for joining Army with fake documents?


What is the punishment for joining Indian Army with fake name and other person's SSLC original marks card and also the person who has joined Army has been retired and getting pension as it is a fraud? What is the punishment for the person who made the person to join Army with fake name and other person's SSLC original marks card?
