Kindly tell me what is the qualification required for Indian Railway Assistant Loco Pilot recruitment? I want to know about the qualification for applying in this recruitment.

Details regarding Qualification and Eligibility criteria required to apply for Indian Railway Assistant Loco Pilot recruitment is mentioned below:-

=> Educational Qualification :-
You should have passed 10th standard and ITI or Diploma in Engineering course from a Government recognised University.

=> Age Limit :-
Your age should be in between 18-30 years. There is an Upper age relaxation applicable to OBC/ SC/ ST category candidates as per Indian Government rules.

Selection Procedure :-
1. Written Examination
2. Aptitude Test
3. Documents Verification

Qualification required to apply in Indian Railway for Assistant Loco Pilot post :-

-The candidate must have passed 10th/equivalent and should have done ITI from a recognized institute or 12th or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering recognized by AICTE .

-The candidate age should be in between 18-30 years.

Selection Procedure :

Written Examination,

Aptitude Test, and

Document Verification.

The minimum qualification required for Assistant Loco Pilot is 10th standard

Here is some other eligibility criteria for becoming Assistant Loco Pilot:-

1. Candidate need to complete the ITI in any specific trade to apply for this post

3)Minimum age is 18 years.Maximum age is 30 years for general category candidates
Relaxation is there for OBC,SC,ST candidates

4)Candidates who completed the Diploma in Engineering are also eligible

Selection Process:-

1)RRB exam
2)Personal Interview

Eligibility Criteria for Railway Loco Pilot:

Candidate should be citizen of India.

Candidate should complete the 12th or diploma or any equivalent course.

Candidate age limit should be between 18 to 30 years.

Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC as per govt rules.

Both male and female candidates are eligible.
