Relaxation for new Advocate enrollment in Bar Council of India test for retired candidate?


Hi everyone, I would like to know that is any relaxation provided to newly enroll Advocate who wish to join the Court after retirement from job to appear in the test conducted by Bar Council Of India to start practice by any State Bar Council?

No, there is no relaxation and anyone have who are enrolled as Advocate in State Bar Council will have to clear the AIBE within two year of enrollment in State Bar Council.

For law graduates before 2010, AIBE is not mandatory.
