what is the age limit for registration in the Bar Council as Advocate ?

I am sleeping partner in a firm. My age is 53 years. I have passed llb long back in 1993. can I get registered with bar council and do practive in high court?

Dear friend,
don't worry there is no age limit for the registration in bar council. You can apply for bar council after done your LLB.

Already registered with U.P. Bar Council in 1974 and then after registration joined Govt.service.
Wheather such candidate has to register himself again or not. What is the proceedure to practice after the retirement.

I was passed LLB in 1996, so I am apply in bar councle registration.

i am 53 year old & passing llb in 1991 also convicted in a criminal case 1 year simple imprisment in prevention of corrouption act 1988.
i join m.p.bar council as an advocate ? if yes please help me & why? next exam when ?
