Can a LLB passed candidate practice as Senior Advocate without getting licence from bar council?


Sir, Could anyone please guide me that can I practice as a Lawyer in district court after joining as a Senior Advocate after LLB without getting license of bar council?

A student who has passed LLB cannot practice as a senior advocate if he doesn't get licence from bar council.
First of all you have to register yourself in the bar council and then you have to take the licence then only you will be eligible to practice as a senior advocate.
