Hi, I have completed my B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). So, is it possible to open my own Pathology Lab? What are the different legal requirements and legal documents involved in opening a Pathological Laboratory?

Legal requirements to open Pathology lab:
• You must be a qualified pathologist & must have acquired a license to practice from Medical Council of India.
• You will require biochemists, microbiologist, pathologist & technician with diploma in medical lab technology.

* Obtain license
