I want to open a B.Ed college in Uttar Pradesh. What I need to do for this? Which all government approvals would I need? What all License would I require? From which government body would it affiliated to?

Apply for the Affiliation – Once the college is established and building is ready, it has to be affiliated to a recognized university. An application form is to be filled with all the norms and rules decided by the concerned university and a fixed amount have to be paid to the university.
