I need a Non-Creamy certificate for my son for plus one admission in Kerala. I am a divorcee and presently unemployed and belongs to OBC caste category. What are the procedures to get the non-creamy certificate if I have no Ration Card also?

Eligibility for a OBC Non Creamy Layer Certificate-
* The applicants parent's annual income should be less than 8 lakhs (not including salary & agricultural income).

Application process-
* Buy a Rs. 20 stamp paper
* Procure affidavit from notary advocate.
* Attach relevant documents signed either by parents or guardian.
* Submit to the VAO.
* From the VAO, it is passed to RI & finally to Tehsildar
