With the RIOS certificates can we study Law?

With the RIOS certificate can we study Law and become a Lawyer? Which is the exact course I need to study for becoming a Lawyer? What is the difference between a Lawyer and an Advocate? Which is better?

The education qualification that you will required to become a lawyer at least 5 years of LLB for 3 years of LLB
candidates who have an LLM degree or also applicable to become a lawyer and the students who have diploma or certificate cannot be eligible to become a lawyer
the difference between an advocate and lawyer is an advocate is a specialist in law and a lawyer is a general term used for the whole profession who attend the LLB degree program
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
