hello......
I am pursuing B-tech in Bio-Medical engineering.I want to know the scope of bio-medical engg. and also that what should I go for after B-tech whether M-tech or MBA..?

in india lots of research is being done in field so you lots of scope

you can opt for country like Canada there is lots of job opportunities there

it will be easy for you if you go for m.tech as it has larger scope and salory both in India and abroad..........

It's a growing field in India with a lot more opportunity than what it had before.

after your b.tech if you want to master your technical skills then go for m.tech,other wise for exploring career it good to go for mba.

if you are b.tech in biomedical engineering.then you have good scope of bio-medical engg. i would prefer to go for MBA :-)

The Biomedical Engineering is in a niche of evergreen vacancy since most of the Biomedical equipment manufacturers target India to start their manufacturing plants, you are having lot of demand. Most of the companies like Wipro, GE and RRdonnelly are hiring biomedical engineers often in the equipment production and the medical electronics (EEG, EKG) production wing. Check the job portal for the regular update for the vacancies.

The basic problem for the hospitals is that the number of biomedical engineers is limited. There are not enough courses too and the need more biomedical engineers is more. Students did not take up this responsibility because they felt that job opportunities are limited. As the health care sector grows and becomes more dynamic, the need for this group is going to be high.

there is a lot of scope for btech in bio-medical in india. And you should do mba after btech because today btech+ mba is in great demand. All the multinational companies want both technical and management skills in one person. Also the salary of a mba student is much higher than mtech student. So its better to do mba after btech.

Yeah there is scope. Work hard in your branch and top the class. You will get a top class job

Otherwise incase if you dont find a good job then you may go for MBA later. Not a big problem

Dear i think you should go for MBA as your BIOTECH is having lots of scope nowe days so you will have both side ways tecnitian as well as marketting in genetic, bio chemical, farmacies etc.

so in every Hospitals,Nursing home, bio-medical engineers are essentially require.

as well as the medical equipment suppling company also takes bio-medical engineers for research and development purpose of medical equipments.

There is good scope for bio medical engineering since it is one of the fast developing field.

Since bio-medical is developing area it is has good scope in the future.

Bio-medical will have good scope in future so no problem you just carry on.
