If you do not want to appear for NDA written examination and want to appear for SSB directly then you have to qualify for TES.
TES stands for Technical Entry Scheme and the candidates are eligible to qualify for SSB. The candidates need to have PCM aggregate above or equal to cut off declared by Indian Army or Navy. So, you just visit the www.joinindianarmy.nic.in to get details for cut off. It is conducted twice every year. |

Re: By scoring how much in 10+2 board exam one can skip NDA exam?
NDA stands for National Defence Academy. UPSC conducts NDA exam twice every year. It consists of written test and Service Selection Board. You will have to clear written test and there is no such specified marks in 10+2 which you can score to skip written test. You need to write written test and clear it to appear for SSB.
However there is one scheme through which you can directly appear for Service Selection Board and it is called Technical Entry Scheme. TES gives 10+2 passed candidates directly appear for Indian Army SSB. Every year, although percentage of marks in 10+2 to get shortlisted for direct SSB changes every year but if you score more than 90% marks overall and in PCM subjects, you can get shortlisted for SSB. |

If you want to do a job in defence sector then you have to give the written test of NDA. There is no percentage requirement in intermediate for this exam. You can not skip the written test of NDA. Thanks

Re: By scoring how much in 10+2 board exam one can skip NDA exam?
The full form of NDA is National Defence Academy.
First of all, let me tell you eligibility criteria: *10+2 is minimum academic requirement. Those willing to Air Force and Navy, must study Mathematics and Physics in 10+2. *Age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. Percentage is not criteria, those who want to appear for SSB should appear in entrance exam and clear it. You will have to give written exam even if you secure 100% marks in 10+2. First stage is written test and it is compulsory to clear. |
