If you have cleared your entrance examination and got a rank of 36485 and 153 under OBC category you are certainly eligible to get admission in Engineering College in Kerala. There are around 78 government colleges (aided and unaided) in Kerala.

For your reference i have attached a 'pdf' file, which contains the name, address of the colleges and total number of seats available in every college/university.

Yes,you can seat in government engineering college in B.Tech with the rank of 36485.
