Will I get a seat in Kerala after scoring 74111 AIR in AIEEE?

Will I get a seat in Kerala? My AIEEE All India Rank is 74111 and my State Rank (kerala) is 3471. Also do I have any chance of making into any govt. college?

No you are not eligible for government college after scoring 74111 AIR in AIEEE in kerala.
