Should I have to appear in any entrance exam to study MPhil(Mathematics)?


Hi friends, I am interested to do MPhil in Mathematics after completing my MSc which I am doing with same specialization from Hyderabad University. I would like to know that I have to appear in any kind of entrance exam?

Most of the colleges arrange entrance test and interview for admission in M Phil in mathematics.
Yet few colleges like Kurukshetra University and IGNOU provide direct admission for acquiring distance learning.
