I would also recommend you to purchase the IIT-JEE question papers of 25 years published by Arihant publication(also for AIEEE). The question of the topics are classified. ie If you want to see the questions from a particular topic then it would be difficult to check each year question paper separately. So you better see the previous question papers topic wise. You can find the 25 year question bank with solution at mostly bookshops. It is available in affordable price.

CBSE Class 12th : I advise you to buy the MTG magazines in which you will find everymonth previous papers followed by sample papers

the privious year question paper are avaliable in the book stall. you can buy it. it is usefull for you or you can see the website of the examination. thanking you..

this would be really difficult to attach all the papers here
but i would like to advise you that you whichever test you are preparing for ,you can get the papers and model papers in the books availaable in the market for preparation.you can refer the books such as aryan publications last year papers etc

There are many sites on the internet from where you can download previous year question papers of competitive exams.

For IIT-JEE, you can log on to official site of IIT-JEE exam, you will get previous year papers from there. i.e.http://www.jee.iitk.ac.in/

For AIEEE, you can log on to jbigdeal.com, examrace.com, etc.
For CBSE Class 12, jbigdeal.com, examrace.com, etc.
For NDA exam, you can download papers from the official site of UPSC i.e. http://www.upsc.gov.in/
