Steps to become an Income Tax Officer for BCom final year student?
Hi Sir, now I am studying in final year of BCom course. I want to become an Income Tax Officer. I would like to know about the steps through which i can become an Income Tax Officer. Waiting for your response!

Steps to become an income tax officer for BCom final year student:-
The exam for the income tax officer is conducted under the Staff Selection Commission every year. There are mainly three stages for this exam. Preliminary exam Main exam Personality test Eligibility criteria:- A candidate must have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognised University from can apply for it Age limit:- Age of candidate should be between 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation for OBC candidate 3 years Age relaxation for SC / ST candidates 5 years Age relaxation for PWD candidates 10 years Nationality:- A candidate must have a nationality of India. Physically standard:- Height : 157.5 CM Chest : 81CM, fully, expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cm Walking : 1600 meters in 15 minutes Cycling : 8 km in 30 minutes For More information visit http://www.ssc.nic.in. |
