After completion of +2 level of exam, the very first thing you need to do is to register for the Common Proficiency Test, which is held in the month of June and December every year.
In order to take the test in the month of June, you must register before 31st March and in order to take the test in the month of December, you must register before 30th September.

Now, once you gave qualified the Common Proficiency Test, you will become eligible to move on to the next stage of the Chartered Accountancy course, known as Integrated Professional Competence Course, which is followed by the Final Course.

The course apart from these stages, also comprise of Articleship Training, Computer Training and General Management course, which must be completed to become an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, without which you won't be able to practice as a professional.

In order to register for the Common Proficiency Test, you may obtain from and submit the application form at your nearest ICAI Regional Center.
The application form can also be downloaded from the official website of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
