I am 2019 passout student and i have m1 6th backlog and i di nd not cleared it in 2020 and 2021 if it is not possible to clear in 2022 then may I have a next attempt or how many attempts I have in rcub university

Generally, the number of attempts for per paper you can take is 3-4 times in the complete span of the program and there is also maximum number of years within which you have to complete your degree which is around six years in the university.
